The smoke released from sage naturally attaches itself to negative or low vibration energy hanging around your home or space and carries it back to the earth to filter.

It’s really simple, and the smoke is so soothing and boldly refreshing all you need is a dried bundle of sage.

To begin, set an affirmation or say a prayer, whatever resonates with you. Open a window or two ; about two to three inches. Then light your sage evenly and allow the smoke to billow. Walk around your home with your intention or prayer, walk through every room of the house, don’t forget the front and back porches.
Negative, low vibration energy has a tendency to build up up in corners and cupboards! Smudge those areas!
